Ingredients (for 1 person):
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp / scoops of any protein / meal replacement shake (I use various flavors of Herbalife meal replacement shakes : vanilla, chocolate, cappuccino, cookie & cream etc.)
- 1 tbsp of almond / soya / coconut milk
- Blend everything together.
- Fry on a bit of coconut oil.
- Serve with fruits. Enjoy!
